A segment on compounding small, repeated wins instead of chasing one big breakthrough.
By now you have done every step of this once: shipped something, told people about it, and asked for money. Growing is not a new set of skills — it is running that same loop again, on purpose, faster and a little better each time. Most small businesses that reach a real milestone did not get there from one perfect launch. They got there by repeating an ordinary loop enough times that it added up.
This time, do not just repeat — improve one thing each cycle. Add a second tier to your offer, or raise your price slightly, now that you have real proof it works. And ask every single buyer for a testimonial or a referral; a specific sentence from a real customer does more to convince the next stranger than anything you could write about yourself. Put those testimonials somewhere visible on your site.
Two more cycles of ship, tell, sell is what closes the gap to your Grow gate: $1,000 in cumulative gross profit, added up from every dollar you have made since week one, minus what it cost you to make and sell. That number does not care about your launch day being perfect. It only cares that you kept doing the loop.
Use Claude to plan each cycle and review what happened, not to write your posts, messages, or testimonial requests for you.
I'm running two more ship-tell-sell cycles for the Grow gate of Make First. Here's what I've shipped and sold so far: [describe]. I'm considering adding a tier or raising my price.
Don't write my update posts or my testimonial asks for me. Ask me questions to help me plan this cycle: what's the smallest real improvement I can ship this week, who should I tell and how, and who should I ask for money next? After each cycle, help me think through what worked and what didn't, and ask me how I'd word a testimonial request to a specific buyer — then let me write it myself. Make
